Community for the Triangle is dedicated to protecting the character, livability, and long-term vision of St. Francis by advocating for responsible, resident-driven development of the Triangle. We work to ensure that all planning decisions honor the city’s Comprehensive Plan, reflect the community’s voice, and create a welcoming, vibrant, and sustainable downtown district for generations to come.
DIRECT LEGISLATION INFORMATION
Direct legislation allows residents to propose an ordinance that, in this case, would require the City to obtain voter approval through a referendum before committing more than $4 million in new Tax Incremental Financing (TIF) funding.
